Very clean and smells good when you walk in your door. Washer/dryer on site, and you can get quarters at the desk most of the time. Less than a quarter mile from the interstate. Good size mini fridge. All kinds of places to eat out but not all fast food.nIt's quiet in the evenings.
My room was very dirty. I don't believe there is any sanitizing going on AT ALL. The microwave didn't work. There was no iron or luggage stand. I noticed that the bed skirt was tucked under the bed so I carefully pulled it out using a sheet and I got sick to my stomach. It looked like vomit. The bedspreads are kind of cute and looked clean so that hid the nastiness. The walls, the floor and bathroom door don't look like they have ever been cleaned. I should have inspected the room thoroughly. Everything else would have to be at 100% capacity before I'd stay at the Red Roof Norcross again.
Price is cool but they kinda dirty. Please keep socks on in room. Floor be dirty
Made a reservation and drove over an hour to stay. Was told no reservation was there for me and needed a confirmation number. I recalled to get that confirmation number and was told the reservation was confirmed and then canceled by the property itself. I was never warned by email or by phone. The employee just ignored me and threw her hands in the air at me. Three customers were calling the customer service hotline to file complaints.
The room should've been much nicer for the price I paid & the room wasn't clean will not be coming back
