InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Indian Trail

I’m in the process of moving here from out of state... So my mom got this for my daughter & I while I work and search for a place because it was cheaper than Airbnb. It’s ok for the price. No complaints there, but never again.nnWhen I came, it looked half cleaned so I didn’t complain. Just cleaned it as best as I could by myself. Not tripping. Water leaking from the sink. Shower shoes needed. Again, I got what I paid for.nnBUT... There’s a MAJOR roach issue. I put in an order for pest control last Monday & just had someone come YESTERDAY. The housekeeping lady rushed me with pest control to come in the room when I was trying to get my daughter/self dressed... And pest control only looked under the sink/behind the fridge & left. Nothing else. They’re coming from EVERYWHERE. I’ve literally killed 15 roaches TODAY alone. We’ve never experienced/lived with bugs so it’s been scaring my daughter. One fell on my chest & they’re crawling on the bed.. Too close for comfort. I’ve been through about 3 cans of spray since last Monday.nnThe guy at the front desk is cool, but when I call the front desk, whoever answers is rude. The people are cool in the area, but it is a bit sketchy for me overall. A bit loud. The trash is overflowing. The walls are thin... But my main issue is the roaches. I’m not about this life. I wish I could get my money back for the remainder of the week.

Id like to start out by saying im very thankful for mr mike copeland he makes our stay more comfortable he keeps the property clean, and safe. We have had no issues since we moved in. The room is nice and comfortable every issue we've had mike has fixed in a timely manner. I would also like to say that manager brandon has been great. This is the best extended stay we have stayed at.

Filthy. I think housekeeping only replaces the linens between guests and nothing more. Roaches everywhere. We saw 6 within 30 seconds as SOON as we turned the lights off. We tried to leave but it’s nonrefundable. So they put you in inhumane conditions then you can’t even get your money back. They said that Orkin would come spray the room which never happened. Brandon did take it upon himself to spray the room himself which was very kind of him. But this place is unlivable and nobody should be subjected to it. Save your time and money.

It's the best place to stay. Rooms are clean and no roaches

Decent short term rental. Just be sure to lock everything up well.
