My family and I have lived here for almost a year and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. We are renting a fairly new 3 bedroom, 2 bath.. and our experience has been great. Sure, things aren't perfect with service requests and may can take a few days or a week or longer, depending on the severity or what is all needed to handle the request, but that is completely normal for many communities (in my opinion).. I absolutely love the staff in the leasing office as well as maintenance.. I couldn't have chose a better, more peaceful, a more private AND affordable place for my family!
Amazing good trailer park, they have a whole new area of just new trailers. Looks clean and safe. The trailers are very updated and beautiful. ud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01
DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are a bunch of scam artist. They will move you in on a good price and than rent keeps going up ridiculously! They never answer to any service request and never in the office. Never picks up the phone. I highly do not recommend. Staff has real nasty attitudes and most importantly i moved in on $500 rent and i now pay $800 just for the LOT! I really hate it here. Get rid of debra the new manager and bring back yenni and angelica!
maintenance here is the worst. they take forever to fix what we put request for or simply just ignore us.
I like living here Debra the new manager is very nice the neighbor hood is quite and the new houses are very nice
