Thanks to Latonya for helping me after dealing with Syed. He tried to get me to pay an extra 20 dollars for a form that was not needed. I just wanted to transfer my out of state ID and he tried to make it the most complicated thing. After waiting an additional 35 minutes I was given Latonya as my representative and she was God sent. She got me in and out without hassle.
The people that work at this facility are phenomenal! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in Georgia. They were a huge help for me to get done what I needed to get done. Our visit this morning could not have gone better. We completed the forms online, just needing an eye exam and license renewal, and the entire visit took nine minutes. Each of the three staff with with whom we interacted were very positive, professional, and courteous. It was our best Government interaction in years.
Dekalb dds looking like a 5 star restaurant after coming here. Not helpful at all. Rude as hell.
Rediculous rules. Horrible lines for hours with or without appointment. Unfriendly personnel treating you like a second class person. Hatred to immigrants. Cheating. I definitely recommend to stay away from this location.
