By far EXCELLENT customer service. I had best experience shopping, Mr. Parag was very cooperating working with me on custom made jewelry and the final piece turned out just WOW!! Best place to buy jewelry and custom made items.

The staff is very friendly with good customer service. But the only downside is that their staff follows poor hygiene methods. Saw couple times of sneezing, touching mouth, ear & nose & going about with their business WITHOUT washing hands!!! We were terrified!

You'll find both traditional and modern styles that are in trend or rather unique. Regardless of what you choose, the finishes are always to perfection, which I think is critical when purchasing 22k gold and gemstones. I trust that I can always leave with the highest quality pieces. I really do find their prices to be very fair for the quality, and competitive with other retailers and the daily gold prices.nnParag and Shailesh are amazing to work with. They are fantastic individuals. I don't know how, but as soon as you describe what you're looking for, they suggest pieces, as well as alternatives, which often times are even better than what you had in mind for yourself. You don't find such individualized experience at other locations. I appreciate their professionalism and expertise.nnI truly appreciate the no-pressure- to- purchase environment. You can shop in peace, while being treated with the utmost respect.nnAll in all, you won't find the same customer service and jewelry elsewhere. It's why I remain loyal to the store.

Wonderful customer service , Parag and Sailesh( not sure if I spelled it correct ) are your go to people. Extremely attentive and professional , they guide you through the process with patience and give suggestions best suited for your needs.nNever over charge you in fact always present you with better value and alternative.nI was recommended To go visit them by a friend And I absolutely loved working with them.nThe owners are super nice and such pleasant people to interact with . Humble and very happy group of people to work with.
