I can get cheaper insurance but I’ll never get a better value. I worked with Ryan Spitler and he was very responsive and listened to understand what my needs were. He didn’t SELL me insurance; he provided a solution for my specific situation. Ever since I switched to State Farm, Ryan has made himself available to answer any questions and he even pointed out ways I could save money by adjusting my policy. Top notch experience from the word go. I don’t normally spend time writing reviews but when the customer experience is exceptional I think it should be acknowledged.

Jeff Grimoldi customer service is excellent. From day one when I spoke with him he’s always professional, pleasant, listens and willing to provide quality service. We left Farmers after 20+ years to join Dan B's State Farm team. While Farmers was stellar at cashing checks when we made our 1st claim it took litigation against them to secure a payout to even cover my wife's medical bills. in our 2nd month with Dan B/team we had some water damage/mold issues which he addressed/paid immediately - BEST INSURANCE AGENCY IN GA ... proactively recommends ways to trim my costs ... my agent for life.
