After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to contact Lisa, but I'm so glad I did! She is sweet and knowledgeable. I am confident in her handling my insurance needs. I have a car, property and rental policy with her. She was quick to reply by email and phone. I look forward to working with her. I would highly recommend her!

She would not answer her phone for 3 days after I got a new car. I had to change agents because I needed insurance ASAP. Found out from these agents that because she did not give me a discount I should have received, I can no longer get this discount. I now have to pay $300 more than I should have had to pay because of her mistake.
