Drive through service lanes are a great help and reassurance during these Covid times.
Came looking to be help with a banker for something from my account... all of the bankers were acting like stupids... non of them were working but still make me wait.. awful customer service here
This place is busy on a Saturday. I opened a bank account here and everyone was super nice. Janay was very helpful. She explained everything clearly. Every employee that walked by us while we were waiting greeted us.
Probably the most friendly and helping people I’ve came across
low level of service and professionalism.nCREATES THEIR OWN RULES!!nThey did NOT allow to cash a check from my friend to whom i borrowed money to move piano.! I gave ID, credit card, fingerprint , all that was needed.nThe operator Katina started running around - did not know WHAT to do ?nWhen i applied to manager Roney , he defiantly talked on the phone for 30 min. and after that refused to cash the check.nnI ditched my whole lunch break , 50 min , to get nothing !nWHY ?By what right ? because they did not like my European name ? But this is discrimination !nnBy the way - today without ANY problem cashed a check in another location where professionals work.nnLusy M.
