Service is always way so slow at this bank. It takes 20 mins for the teller to make a simple cash /check deposit. I’m wondering if the branch manager would ever make efforts to make the process flow more efficient, employee training is important to provide such excellent service. If it would be for its location, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Staff is very slow and needs better customer service. I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and reported at 3:55 PM. The representative who was supposed to attend me never showed up till after 20 mins of me getting bored. Unfortunately I did not have the time to keep waiting and left when she decided to show up. This location needs more responsible people. Hopefully I hear back and this time it’s with someone professional.
Staff needs more training. Very unclear about a lot of things. The wait I understood because of Covid-19 but the disconnect with the customers and the staff not understand things the should know made the wait worse.
Super slow. The management is horrible they continously understaff this location and staff is rude.
The worst bank I have visited, and I’m born and raised here.. long line out the door that doesn’t move and some lady jumped the whole line and they didn’t address it. I’m a guy so I didn’t feel right addressing it but my time is just as important.
