They refused to do public signature notarized for me even I am Wells fargo customer, refused to the deposit of a check payable to my son name. I will be closing after all my bill payee finalized

These people make banking a pain in the a$$. Customer for over thirty years and as of today NO MORE. The rules for this bank second only to Bank of America. Stay away from both, absolutely zero customer service.
