Drive up atm is terrible in the rain! When the screen gets wet it only allows me to do fast cash instead of entering an amount!
Lazy they didn't open today
Their drive through wait time is ridiculously long. Only had this issue with this particular branch.
Personal bankers were not interested in helping customers. One sat at her desk appearing not to be busy while myself and another customer waited 5 minutes before she greeted us. My wait time ended being close to 30 minutes before being helped, the other 2 bankers were tied up helping customers open accounts. The process here appears to be very inefficient.
