I went to this center today, would like to make the credit card payment for my dad. The counter sfaff said she could not tell me how much will be the balance should I pay for the acct. When I would like to use the check to make the payment, they said they could not make it, because there is no acct no. shown on my check.nI pointed it out, my acct no. is followed right next to the routing no., but the manager that's not the acct. no, and decline my payment. Please tell me, how come another location could accept my payment by check, and tell me how much is the total balance on it. I seriously suggest all the staffs for this branch should be back to training, to learn how to serve the customers better.

Do not even bother to make an appointment, they do not care if you have one they will take whoever comes first... I have been here for 30 min with an”appointment” and have yet to be seen! I’m so glad I bank with Chase as my primary bank! So ready to never come back ever!!!!
I wish I can give this banking location 0 star. Every time I went here I always have to wait for a long period of time even just one or 3 customers ahead of me. I don't understand how the manager didn't talk or do anything about it. Worst staff ever.
Every time I go in this location it's always so slow service, no one ever assist you when you walk in the bank,the line is always to the parking lot it's just poor management at this location how hard could it be to run a bank seesh! Closed all my accounts today because their ridiculous and y'all can't have any more of my money of business
