Employees named Rosa and Andrew decided to lie about policies today to me.. They denied to cash a check that was made out from bank of America...They never called the lawyer office to confirm nothing just profiled me after taking one look at me...The settlement came from a lawyers firm. I was on the phone with lawyer in the bank but they decided to make up a story about a policy check cashing limit of 3999 for non account users. I left BOA to talk to my lawyer about this he said that does not sound right...So I went back in to get names of employees and something in writing stating what she said..Rosa handed me a policy book...I read thru it and nothing said anything about what she said...So she lied about a Bank of America policy and denied me services...Text book profiling
Just because there is a negative rating! Bank of America is the worst bank ever to deal with!
I've been a BoA customer for years and visited several branches, but this has to be the worst. Very slow and employees seem confused. Is this a training location or something?
50/50 it all depends on the employee I meet on that day, some are very helpful and others are not. I wish it wasn't that way. It's sad
A horribly inconvenient slow branch. I have never seen more than 2 tellers here at once. (One is the norm) I do not bank here (my company does) and I hate coming here. Average time is 20mins easily.
