I’ve never really had trouble with any BB&T branch until today. I brought in a check made out to my wife to cash so I could buy tires for her car. Keep in mind that I’ve been depositing these same checks at BB&T for over 3 years with no problem. I’ve been depositing them for over a year and a half at this particular branch.nnToday, the lady that helped me REFUSED to cash it or do anything else with it because it had a business name on it. The check was not made out to her business, but to her personally and we have a joint account. I explained everything to her but she still refused and even went to the manager and she also refused. I then took the check to a different branch and they had no problem with it.nnI understand you have a job to do, but also you need to understand that you’re taking care of people’s money and situations that you have no idea about. Customer service isn’t hard.

This bank is part of my daily work routine and I have created such a beautiful bond with these wonderful ladies Lottie, Florence, Henrietta, and Danielle. They make you feel so so welcome and are very helpful. They definitely get you taken care of in such a professional way! Love this branch!
