Terrible Customer Service, they don’t even know what’s going on with customer accounts.nLack of professionalism.nAnd when asked to talk to lady in charge name called Fareeda, She also said I’m busy right now and can’t come out of office to help you out.
I have been doing business here for more than a year and I would like to appreciate Rakhi for providing the best customer service by personally coming around the teller area to talk to me about asking me to write a good review about her on google. But in my opinion i believe customers should write reviews on their own with out being forced to.
I have been doing banking since last 3 years with this branch ..staff is courteous always ready to help ..Anil deposit manager is always quite co operative and ready with solutions if we have any problems ..Over all very great experience all the time with this branch teamnKEEP IT UP TEAM ..
I prefer to come to this branch more as Their employe Rakhi always helpful , she is professional, very knowledgeable, and happy to help all her customers. I can understand why people have to wait until she is done with one customer and look forward to go to her because they get awesome costume service
