This location the people that work there are unprofessional I went around 12:30 that I need to Open an account and the lady told me that I have to make an appointment. So there was a teller asking the lady that open the accounts if he can open one and she said that she didn’t want too so for me to come a other time. She didn’t had anyone helping out she just didn’t feel like working. Plug that they was closing at 2:00. You guys need new people plus a new Manager
I am a customer of Chase Bank. One thing made me feel very uncomfortable. According to the email Chase Bank sent me, I introduced a friend to open a credit card and get a $ 100 reward. I took my wife to this Chase Bank. We received a Korean employee. After his help, we successfully applied for a credit card. My wife's new card has already received a $ 200 reward. But my $ 100 reward has not been received so far, so I now think this is a scam! No longer believe in Chase's reward emails, and will no longer actively introduce friends!
Chase is a good bank, however this location needs new management and serious customer service training. Go to other location!!!
Convenient ATM.
I have 5 chase branch office in this area to chose from, 20 plus other banks branch offices I might have accounts. But I will come to this one first. Their branch manager was helping us to do a wire transfer today, he is professional, very knowledgeable, and happy to help all his customers. I can understand why people have to wait in line to come to this branch cuz they get things done.
