Don't have to go inside very often, but have always had quick,helpful and courteous service. I recommend this credit union all the time.
Opened a GA OWN account 3 months ago, and I can say I am definitely dissatisfied. I have been to the ATM at this location 7 times to make deposits/withdraws, it has only worked twice. I also am currently waiting for a $4,500 wrongful dispersement to be removed from my auto loan. I called and asked my loan officer about the fee, he said it was wrongful and would be corrected immediately. That was over 14 days ago... Beware of this Credit Union.
I don't usually like banks but this one has been very accommodating to me. I have had an account with them for around 8 years now and hope to always have it.
Seriously the worst bank to come to. You sit in line for a hour every time. They are closed on the inside but have 1 person working the drive through lines? Doesn’t make any sense! Wish I never had an auto loan through them because making payments is so annoying! You need a hour out of your day just to go pay a bill!
Extremely long wait times for seeing a representative to start an account. My first visit I spent a total of 3.5 hours in the branch to open a commercial account. I'm currently waiting to open a personal account and the lady next to me has been waiting 2.5 hours to resolve a banking issue. This branch needs either more help or more effective training for its employees.
