missed delivery of mail is getting to be the norm in Eagle when the regular is off. i have complained before and was told a paddle would be put in the slot of my address so this would not happen but wahla still happening, so a solution would be to hioore people who can read addresses and then put that mail there.
I’ve always had friendly service. They performed a walk in passport service for me, and were efficient and helpful throughout the process.

Every time I go in there they are super friendly.
The phone answering system is hot garbage. I cannot possibly type a 20 digit tracking number into my phone when the Amazon app and the phone app are in different windows. By the time I get 4 numbers through and switch windows the timer resets instantly. Waiting to talk to an actual human being has me on hold for 35-50 min every time I call. Absolutely useless
