I remember when i went to thisnschool their was good teachers ,there was good staff and administration and i just loved this school .All of my cousin's has been to this school and its just great and Dr.Jack was the best principal ever you guys keep moving forward.I wish i can come back

My daughter started out at Bethune Elementary From there to Hollis when I say this school is the best they work with the parents on just about anything.... and the Teachers really care about the kids education They have so many other programs like Chirs 180 man they even have a Health clinic On site really!ud83dude0a the principal is not only Beautiful She works very hard to Insure That everyone and everything is handle accordingly only problem I had was with Bullying and they stepping asap handle the situation And we enrolled my child into Counseling this school have really Beating all odds I am Really fighting to move because I don’t want to leave my children school because of the wonderful hollis crew thank y’all so much to help insure a A positive future And a great education I’m a Proud Hollis mother of 3 soon to be 4 attending..... Team Hollis all the way (we are crew not passenger)

My daughter has been going here for a month. She has really good teachers. Administration and staff needs training with how to speak to parents. It's not the culture of the neighborhood that makes this school 2 stars it's the staff inability to handle the parents. There is no real parking for parents and they don't care. I lost my 2 year old sons shoe one morning and tried to back track to find it and staff gave me the hardest time. Because they would not let me back in the way I exited. Mind you I have to be to work at 8:00am. School doesn't open till 7:30. They have about 50 kids standing outside and won't let them in. This school wants parent support but fails to at least support the parents so in conjunction we can better serve the children.
