I’ve been working with Regal (specifically Ted Erickson) for about a month. He explained how they work with insurance companies to cover the cost of wind damaged roofing. We were scheduled for a complete tear-off/replacement on April 2, 2021. The crew was on-time and worked diligently to get the job done in a single day. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof and Ted is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, prompt follow up, extremely transparent. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended

Of all of the people that have knocked on my door over the years, Ted Erickson was the only person I ever let get up on my roof. From start to finish, he managed all aspects of the project in a very professional manner. He worked directly with the insurance company to get my claim approved. He even he helped me select the shingles for my roof. Thanks to Ted I have a beautiful new roof that I will not have to worry about. I highly recommend Ted and Regal Roofing.

I worked with Nick and Seth of Regal Roofing. Both were detailed, knowledgeable and professional. I would like to recognize Seth for getting full recovery approval with one of the hardest insurance agencies. This was my first roof replacement experience, Seth started and guided me through the initial process going over every detail. Also Nick, who finished the process. They met and exceeded all expectations with work quality and very efficient. Nick came for the final inspection and followed up after the process to ensure we were satisfied with the completed work.

Our experience from start to finish was literally a mess. During install our Direct TV satellite was cut and had to be replaced. Our interior attic space is still full of debris. Every time we open up the drop down ladder nails fall. Nails and tar were left on our driveway and a piece of left over flashing is still here over 10 months later. Since I had a deductible, my sales rep promised me a discount on my roof for each referral. When the time came for payment, he told me he did not say the amount that he told me for each referral. I would not have replaced my roof at the time if I did not get what he told me as I would have had to come out of pocket for my deductible. The end cost seemed very high as well. Would not recommend to friends/family.

Sydney and Ron were great to work with. Ron told us that they would be delayed, but the guys were there when promised and did a great job. The only thing we’re waiting on now is to make sure all of the tacks are out of the yard! Much appreciated job!
