I love North Ga Diamond. The convenience of having an in-house jewelry repair, purchase new and used pieces and the wide variety of jewelry selection, is just another plus. Based on my experience, their staff is very professional, very helpful, courteous and eager to please. I have always felt welcomed in the store and felt like my business was appreciated. Ive always felt comfortable asking questions and have always been given upfront answers and honesty. Just go ahead and stop on in and you can see for yourself. You will be glad you did. Did I mention they custom make jewelry pieces just for you? Estate pieces? Gold and silver too???? It’s a one stop shop! Fair prices. Enjoy your visit!

North Georgia Diamond is truly top shelf. Hands down the best jewelry store in North GA. Not only do they have an amazing selection of fine jewelry for both men & women, their staff is exceptional. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, & so courteous that this is the kind of local business that I am very proud to support, as I am a repeat customer. Everyone in their beautiful store will create such a welcoming environment that your shopping experience is very enjoyable & I know their customers genuinely appreciate their absolutely *no pressure* sales’ approach. This particular trip, I had 2 pieces of my jewelry repaired; the results were excellent & expedient. It is incredibly hard to find quality repairs, or any repairs, at most jewelry stores in our current “throwaway” culture. I would highly recommend North Georgia Diamond. Also, the owners have the 2 most precious dogs you have EVER seen!! And if you’re really lucky, you might even get to meet those sweet furbabies as well!! Bonus!! =)

I had an amazing experience with North GA Diamond! I had a custom ring made for me and everyone I came in contact with each time I entered the store was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first transaction with this store. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their purchases . I will definitely use North GA Diamond again any time I need to make a jewelry purchase, or to have an item I already own repaired. Even if you don't live in the area it is worth the drive!!

I visited twice within 1 week. The sales person was super nice, helpful & respectful. I purchased a thin gold band, bracelet & stainless steel earrings.nThere are only 2 small issues with my visit. I decided against keeping the necklace as I already have 2 others that are very similar.nAccording to your policy, I could only either, a) credit my account or b) exchange for other items up to the sale amount.nI chose to exchange it. I got 2 rings & 5 pair of stainless steel earrings (waiting on order from a catalog).nAlso, I have sensitive ears even with gold & silver. I needed some silicone post covers & disk pieces that support saggy earrings. There were disks (which I purchased), but the post covers & more disks had to be ordered.nRegards, Shannon Davis

Such a great jewelry store/shop. I have had jewelry repaired here and have enjoyed shopping here too. Most recently, I redeemed a Happy Birthday $25 gift coupon from North Georgia Diamond, for a charm bracelet piece I've been needing to keep my charms safe. The humble and plentiful staff is always very helpful. Thank you NGD!
