AMLI Westside

10/10 recommend AMLI Westside. I've lived in various places in Atlanta thru the years and can honestly say this is the best complex I have ever resided in. All of the amenities are top notch, the staff is always quick to respond and help with any needs, and it's walkable to all Westside Provisions. Not to mention, being a chef myself, the gas stoves are something you can't find in apartments which is a huge bonus. I also have a dog, and with 2 dog runs located on the property make it easy and convenient. They are CONSTANTLY cleaning within the common areas/hallways making it always smell fresh and insuring everything within the community is clean which I greatly appreciate. I live on side of the complex that's right next to the train - some may complain but I honestly hardly notice it. I was very much aware of it when I first moved in but now it's kind of a weird soothing/comforting thing to me now. Absolutely will continue to stay here should my journey allow me to. Thank you to everyone on the AMLI Westside team for making my home such a lovely place to live!

Overall, I am having a great time living here. Due to covid, I had some concerns about touring the property and going through the process of leasing. However, I was able to complete a virtual tour and the team made the leasing process very easy, while social distancing of course. I had the opportunity to work with the manager and team members, they all provided A1 friendly service. This building is cool, clean and my apartment unit is great. 5 stars from me, for the great customer service alone.

As an AMLI resident of nearly 2 years I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Before moving to the Atlanta area, I did a ton of research and toured what seemed like every single luxury building in the area. I can truly say that AMLI's location, well kept common areas and amenity spaces, and attention to detail within the apartments themselves can not be found elsewhere. There are cozy, quiet study areas that I've used to work. A rooftop lounge for entertaining guests and also a pool and multiple grill areas. I've never had any major issue within my apartment and any small issue was resolved by either management or the maintenance team right away.nnI would really like to highlight the staff at this property. As a former New Yorker, it has been so refreshing to live at a property that treats their residents like family. You can always count on a warm greeting from the members of the management team. Marcus, who is apart of the maintenance team is super friendly and helpful. He's aways in high spirts and is very knowledgeable and well versed when it comes to servicing the apartment. The property manager, Josh, has assisted me in transferring apartments and was super helpful and understanding in getting the process done efficiently (twice!). Josh has constantly gone out of his way to make me comfortable and at home and I cannot thank him enough for making my experience living here an enjoyable one!nnI love living here, my friends love visiting me, and I look forward to another great year here.

I really enjoy living here. It’s been about 4 months. The management is professional regarding maintenance request, updating residents etc. The building is really clean and seems really safe! Great experience so far!
