While i was in GA I had service through this company. Normally my bill was in the 80's. Then w/o warning they jacked it to over 200 despite no change in pwr consumption. When challenged they said it was due to different rates for the winter season. They shut me off during the cold days and forced me to switch over to prepay still under the former roommates acct just to get it back on. Thankfully I left GA and this disposable company. Never again will i ever use them should I ever return to GA. My best advise is to get a generator and stay as far from this company as possible.
