Great trainers and programs!! Classes will kill you and there are two different programs to try: lean or strong. It is a bit pricier than other gyms though

I used to do the class pass circuit but really felt I’d found the right gym when I came to the Training Room full time. The coaches all know my name and make me feel welcome and comfortable learning how to lift and work out safely while putting increased demand on my body. I'm seeing results like I never have before and those have markedly improved my performance with competitive cycling. I also really appreciate that TR knows that life happens - like when my car wouldn't start this morning and they moved me into a later class. Finally, I love supporting female-owned, local businesses who give back to causes and our community. All are welcome here and they really support that. Love TTR!

I started coming back to the training room repeatedly for two reasons, first, the people there. They all were so welcoming and friendly and now I have many good friends there that I enjoy seeing every day. Second, the results that I get from the workouts there. Whether it be from personal training with some of the trainers or going to Lean or Strong or Switch, I definitely keep coming back for more because the results are so good!

Avoid if you’re being cautious about COVID-19. Mask policy has been spotty since reopening and a lot of the stated corona policies are inconsistent: stopped in to buy supplements right after Kemp said gyms could reopen (TR was one of the first local gyms to reopen) and I was the only one wearing a mask despite their stated policy; front desk person had on just gloves. I hurried out horrified and texted friends who are also members and the one who’d opted to return to in-person confirmed patchwork enforcement.nnI was a member for 2 years but just cancelled out of how they’ve handled things since March. Arguing over charges during lockdown, multiple billing issues, very rude owner, and most of my favorite coaches have left. Management doesn’t hesitate to tack on premium charges to already expensive membership; the Unlimited TR classes for $189 has to pay an additional $30 for open gym time if they want that; new outdoor classes require purchase of an expensive piece of equipment that the owner models for. Zoom classes cost extra.nnReally bummed, I liked this place a lot except for the biannual programming overhaul that would happen right when I’d start to love a class (RIP Boxing, RIP Animal Flow, RIP Switch Cardio Agility). The positive: Coach Colleen is the lifeblood of that place and she’s wonderful; the variety of workouts keeps you on your toes; it’s challenging; they emphasize proper form and technique. I made a lot of friends here... many of whom have likewise opted not to return anytime soon.

Very knowledge trainers. I felt confident that I wasn't going to injure myself even working at a very high intensity. I appreciated the variety of complex movements they used to challenge my body. And I appreciate the variety of different classes offered.
