Ronnie Thompson Ford has an excellent reputation with a fantastic informative staff willing to assist. There was no sales pitch for any unnecessary work or products. Greatly appreciated all experiences I have encountered at Ronnie Thompson for the last 15 years! My initial contact with the staff was unfortunate as I was passing through Ellijay, GA when seeking a home purchase and my vehicle began making an incredible amount of noise -- the staff quickly found the problem, fixed it with a reasonable price! A loyal customer was found that day, thank you Shawn Carver.

I like dealing with real professionals over the workers that don't know what their doing or don't want to do their job like a lot of the shop employees at Walmart auto center !! Have caught them either messing something up or half fast doing their job more than once..so if I can use a dealership for something I will..! This trip was a little pricey thats why 4 stars...

Great guys up there. The move fast but they are very busy. I don't mind waiting because I know they actually check the car our to make sure everything looks right. Definitely recommend them.
