Horrible experience over the phone with Alicia. She was rude and incompetent. I was told I wasn't able to find out if they *could get my medication until my doctor submitted the prescription.*nI said, I'm calling to see if you have it to see if I should transfer it to you. If you don't have it, I won't transfer it. She said she can't possibly tell.nnHaving worked with other AHF pharmacies, I know this is not true, having done this multiple times with many pharmacies, including AHF. She was rude, insensitive, unhelpful, and dismissive. I like to support AHF, but no way with this service from Alicia.

Very rude unprofessional, they never call me when my medication is ready to pick up and always some refills its incomplete I have to comeback on the next day I drove 30 miles.

Pharmacy technician Alicia was extremely rude when I called to ask a question maybe she shouldn't be allowed to answer phone calls no customer service skills at all I will be telling all my friends and family about the rude encounter I had with this Pharmacy
