Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? I'm simply trying to get my prescription transferred. Does anyone know of a working number where I can speak to a live representative?

If there was a zero I would give it to them. They do not pick up their phones for transfers, and then when you ask them to do it they become rude. The pharmacy manager there ms Marie is a joke. I told her to transfer all of my medications to cvs. Cvs never received half my meds, and ms Marie said no they said to transfer only certain ones. That was a lie. She then said she didn't have time for me and started to wipe down counters and screens. While she was doing this I asked her again to please do her job and transfer my meds. She finally did but took no responsibility. I almost had to go to the er!

Today moved along quickly, but they forgot one of my prescriptions so I have to go back again....Frustrating!
