The staff and doctor are great personable and were good with our pets. Michael at the front desk was so helpful. The prices were a bit much for me at the time but within range of other places I've researched. I am seriously considering Thrive as my new vet!

Updating my review since the regional manager called. I do appreciate them getting back to me regarding my baby - the follow up is important. However, they said he would be ready by 6pm and its 6:15 and I still don’t have my baby. As long as he is ok is all that matters at this pointnnMy dog (also my baby) was going in for teeth cleaning. I dropped him off at 8:40am- they did not get started on him until 2:45. I’m so livid because I was told that he would be ready at 2pm by the guy Michael at the front desk. I live 30 minutes away and was there at 2pm. It want until 2:45 that I received a text saying they are just getting started with his cleaning. I am beyond livid that my baby hasn’t eaten since 10pm the previous night and has probably been there all day just starving in a cage. And the lack of clear communication makes it even more frustrating. He has been going to Thrive for years but this will undoubtedly be his last visit.

They were wonderful... took great care of Maestro. Great service and I felt comfortable putting my dog in their hands.

Great vet, I'm a first time pet owner and they were very patient with my questions. No contact service is performed, so I drop my puppy off, then pick him up when he's done. And they live up to their name, they are very affordable, but without skimping on quality of service. My puppy got an ear infection and they cleaned him out and gave me medication, which has worked perfectly. I was able to call them afterwards and got a quick call back from the doctor who addressed all my stressed pet parent questions ud83eudd23. Also there's a really nice treat and toy store literally right next door that's super fun to browse while waiting!

Made an appointment for 5:15 as they were the ones to offer that time. We get there early (drove over an hour each way) and they gave us the worst service ever experienced. Not only did they not help at all, but then told us they had to cancel the appointment after 30mn of waiting for no reason.nnWorst experience at a vet. Congratulations
