When Wallace K. Welch found out I did not want to pay government anything more than I owed and wanted to avoid any penalties he said he could not do business with me - on April 9th. He believes we do not pay enough taxes, thinks everyone should pay penalties rather than estimate when filing an extension. Avoid this firm unless you like paying taxes and want to pay more.
