I was in the area and was looking for a place to dance. Once I was there, I had a great time. The live music was awesome and all the dancers were encouraging and energetic! I will definitely come back when I’m in the area!

Hot Jam is a place to cultivate a spirt of expression through an urban dance form that is key to the vitality of our region. It's the best way that I've been able to meet truly creative and amazing people. You won't find better instruction anywhere and it's an inviting cultural experience to anyone no matter what. It's sort of underground too...so most people find it by way of referral from a friend. Consider this my invitation to you to come join us on a Monday night for a free beginners lesson at 8p sharp.

Great place to swing dance! They have a beginners lesson at 8pm, come as you are - no partner required! Folks are really friendly and the music is fantastic. Once a month they have a live band and it's always a treat.

Hot Jam is a great swing dance where the DJs play actual swing music that is both awesome and swings hard. People dance a variety of swing dances from East Coast Swing to Lindy Hop, Balboa and Charleston.nnFor the new and the curious, there is a beginner lesson at the start of the night. So, you can just show up and jump in, if it is your first time.
