I checked in on Christmas Eve after a long day of driving and was incredibly happy to have found this place. Mr. Terrance took really good care of me, including calling a couple local restaurants to see if they were open or not. He also gave me a couple other suggestions within walking distance.nnBoth my room and the hotel common areas were very clean, modern, and well taken care of. The real reason I give this place 5 stars is because of the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, notably Mr. Terrance. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Atlanta.

Great hotel! Walking distance of multiple attractions and great restaurants. The room was nice and clean when we checked in and had a nice view of the city. Breakfast is very limited since the pandemic. There wasn’t any enforcement of wearing a mask in public areas.nTerrance also made our trip! He had great suggestions for places to go during the visit and always made us feel welcomed when we saw him.nProbably wouldn’t stay at the hotel again during the pandemic just because of a lot of guests weren’t wearing a mask. But once it’s over I would definitely come back.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta-Downtown was positive. We checked in very late in the evening after a poor experience with another nearby Hilton property. The clerk took time to make sure our experience there was a pleasant. All areas, including our room, were clean. COVID restrictions were in place and the staff was respectful. This hotel is within walking distance to the World of Coke, the aquarium, and several other points of interest.

The hotel was mediocre at best. The corner rooms are much to small for a family. The touchless digital key concept doesn't work in the elevator requiring you to get a hard copy key and use it every time. I wouldn't count on the breakfast either, it was a severely lacking brown bag (high sugar muffin, nut granola bar, and citrus fruit cup). I have traveled extensively as a Hilton Diamond member through covid restrictions and there were many much better options.

Really nice hotel. Clean lots of towels. Super clean and the staff were especially nice. The only problem I had was that in my room the TV didn’t face the bed and I couldn’t totally enjoy the football game. ud83eudd37ud83cudffe‍♂ufe0f
