I had a cuban bracelet made locally in Florida and hated the box clasp, I am in the jewelry business and could not find a sleek lock from anyone except JFL Diamonds, they made me a 14K yellow gold 12mm sleek lock that I had installed and now my cuban bracelet is comfortable to wear and gorgeous!! The sleek lock is stong and secure. I cant thank you enough! Highly recommend!!
Worst jeweler every, I bought over 1k+ worth of jewelry first order.nnBig mistake his customer service is terrible and sketchy, mind you the craftsmanship on the diamond tennis necklace I bought was so bad that when I got it out the box. Diamonds fell out and the clasp was broken. Then he had the audacity to charge me 400 for a refund.
We found JFL while searching and searching for wedding bands. We found some. The delivery was fast and efficient. I had an issue, through these trying times which added additional stress and pressure. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with, however Faizon as the manager, stepped in IMMEDIATELY and stepped up to help address my concerns. He navigated me through rectifying the issue, was very very kind, understanding and super helpful. No matter how upset (in general not at him) I was he kept cool, professional and provided EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Faizon!!!
