The best prices and customer service I have found. After 4 years of doing business with them I am still impressed at how they go above and beyond to satisfy.
I called this place 3 times before I drove an hour and 45 minutes on a Friday, thinking I could at least get to check this place out for at least half an hour before 6pm which is the stated close time on their site, and called again when I got to the lobby, confirming their location. But no, they neglected to mention that they close at 5pm on Fridays, and neglected to mention that in order to go to their office or whatever situation they got going on, I need to get a badge from the registration - I found out about those from the building security then I called them again just for them to confirm that the security is right. They clearly don’t care for any new customer. I was going to spend a lot of $$$ since this is the closest to home local jewelry supplier I could find. If I could I’d have given no star.
Was not pleased at all at the fact the only carry 1 kind of ribbon closures! That's crazy Micheal have a better selection as well as etsy

Engraving is not consistent and product quality is poor. Bar necklace is very thin., lost personalization information on two of three orders, which created delays. Always have a excuse or random reply
