This local branch is the most unprofessional business I have done business with. I have 3 policies with them. I sold my home on 11/8/19 and called to cancel my policy. Today is 1/3/20 and my policy is still active and they still have my money. I have called and talked to Ms. Jones PERSONALLY and she ensured that she would take care of this issue. My policy is still active and no refund has been issued. Totally unacceptable. I will also be cancelling my other policies with them. They also have awful customer service! Just overall poor experience. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere!!
