We had agreed to an amount over the phone which was also detailed in writing via email and invoice to rent the studio and event space. 30 min before our event was to start the owner called us and said we had to pay an extra $200 if not he would cancel our booking even though we had already paid in full. We also paid for an engineer who didn't show up. They did not honor the original agreement and were extremely unprofessional.
