these people have horrible phone customer service.... if these people don't want to work here just quit. It's ridiculous that we have to deal with the nasty attitudes of these people for just wanting genuine help with a case.

The Brother that’s the Judge in Failure to Appear court was Awesome, best experience I’ve had in court in my life.
The lady working behind the 'Customer Service' desk on 7/30/19 has such a sour attitude that it was a disgrace to have her deal with customers. Giving her the benefit of doubt, I can only assume she is going through PMS. When you ask her questions she acted like it was outside of her job description. She was more interested in her cellphone than actually helping customers. Why put Ms. PMS to be in charge of customer service? I get way better service at Chic-Fil-A fast food, which entertains A LOT MORE customers than I do from Ms. PMS here. Contrary to this, the young man that was walking around helping people with questions and computer issues are full of positive attitude and made customers feel like...well....customers! Way better attitude and a lot more pleasant dealing with him!
Good benefits, pay the bills, keep a roof over my head and I'm surrounded by good people in my unit. And I know my job. I appreciate my job and love what I do.
