I have been working with Daniel and MyOnlineAccountant for a few years now. I'm a passive real estate investor and it was important to me to find a CPA who specialized in this field. I found Daniel on Bigger Pockets and he came well recommended. My experience with him has been stellar. He keeps things very simple and utilizes an online portal to aggregate relevant documents. Simply upload and he goes to work! He's very easy to get ahold of and is always responsive to any concerns I may have. I have enjoyed our partnership and I highly recommend this company.

The pricing was clearly communicated. It was a wonderful experience having my taxes done this year. The process is as simple as filling out a questionnaire and uploading the necessary documentation. I would highly recommend the services for anyone who is doing a house hack or owns rental property. I am looking forward to using the service next year.
