Drove 2 hours south to ATL to buy a vehicle which was advertised as 4WD and $1,000 less than market value. Some cosmetic issues, but what a deal. Shortly after test drive, found that the vehicle is actually a FWD. Instead of taking ownership of the error, the dealer attempted to play it off as if FWD stood for Four Wheel Drive. Now, I understand businesses need to make a profit, but part of business is owning up to your mistakes. The price could not be lowered. I can only hope this review makes the owners understand the importance of being honest and owning up to your mistakes. Sometimes, on business, you have to take a loss and learn from it.

I found a Volkswagen Passat 2.0T with Carsmart Auto Company on CarGurus. Immediately, I knew the car was for me. The owner was very knowledgeable about all of his vehicles. The pictures that were advertised online matched what I saw in person. He was very professional and thorough about the car buying process. He provided the CarFax for vehice and an invoice on repairs completed prior to the sell. I definitely would recommend his service to others. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I got a quality car for a great price. I happy I did business with Carsmart Auto Company. :D
