Had an AMAZING experience with this company!nI called, got a LIVE person (which, has been an issue with other junk car companies, apparently?) and got a text with a quote within ten minutes. I spoke with Johnny, who was so professional, courteous, and SPEEDY! He was here in less than thirty minutes with his tow truck. We got cash on the spot after signing a bill of sale, and he was off! 100/10! I would like to thank Mr. Johnny for being professional and polite. His spirit was very calming for my transition. I was the only owner of my car which was named over 20 years ago Ghost. I suffer from separation anxiety and I felt none speaking with Mr. Johnny. He was delight enjoyed his wisdom and conversation. The owner was as well. The customer service we received from Johnny made this transaction worthwhile. We had to get rid of our Audi, and didn’t feel like we got offered enough, not knowing we would be paid more in kindness than money! Johnny was very humble and he is truly the best!
