Took a chance with my BMW 650i and scheduled an appointment...Alec promptly greeted me at my scheduled time and intake was painless. Expertly diagnosed my vehicle's vibration issue (needed rear tires), called me back within a few hours with quotes/options, and ultimately repaired same day. Also fixed an inoperable passenger wiper blade on the fly and advised of a potentially bad thermostat based on service message indicator light. Drove off the lot and wanted to keep driving for a few hours as my BMW handled like brand new. Great work, fair price, excellent service!

Alec is the absolute best . My Bmw 328i was having issues turning over and the process To diagnose and fix has been great ! Turns out my Ecu was going bad and Alec was so helpful keep m updated by calling me almost everyday . He’s very attentive . There was a couple of days of delay just because he ended up needing to get my computer cloned but I never once felt frustrated he even gave me a discount! As long as I drive European vehicles I will take my car here . Also their prices you can’t beat not , I paid not even half of what I was quoted at the dealer great place ! Will recommend
