Much more comfortable than Greyhound

i experience the worse end of customer care ...the bus driver was so rude an disrespectful .......

Bought ticket to travel on this bus from Charleston SC to Atlanta GA. On the morning of travel I was asked if I could get off the bus at Conyers as that is closer to my destination. Upon my arrival at the bus station I approached the ticket sales person and make queries with regard to taking the stop at Conyers. Please note I was told that the bus does not stop at Conyers.nThat was not true, the bus did pass through Conyers and I was so mad as o could have easily made that arrangement to get off there and be picked up instead of going downtown Atlanta.nPlease educate your staff so they can guide passengers correctly, not everyone knows this.

Experienced the worst trip of my life between this company and greyhound. They need to be shut down. Southeastern stages has the worst drivers with attitudes and very unprofessional. Not worth the money riding with bad drivers, nasty bus stations, people on drugs or just got out of prison. I tried to call and file a complaint and no one would call me back and even the operator had an attitude.
