Cleanliness is basic thing that is needed and this place needs big improvement in that.
WOW DEFINITELY WOULD FLY FROM NEW YORK TO ATLANTA GA based on the reviews several months DURING COVID they still haven’t taken THE BEST PROTOCOL of safety and they are STILL HAVE THE WORST RECORD OF CUSTOMER SAFETY AND SATISFACTION!
Greyhound has really done nothing but continue to pack people in their buses during covid19. Recently I had the misfortune of being apart of the dirty terminal that blesses Atlanta. If you're not having your things stolen people outside are trying to rob you. However the best part was the lack of social distance and face covering required while in the terminal and on the bus. The bus to Dallas was full to capacity. Greyhound such a responsible company stacking people in buses like tuna.
Dirty, chaotic, and has a lack of staff. Even 3rd world countries have better bus stations than this one. Disappointed since Atlanta Airport (Hartsfield) is a decent airport.
Let's see, where do I begin. The checkin process was too long and the female agent was extremely rude. She yelled at me twice. Asking a question and yelling at me for following directions that you gave me is unacceptable. I haven't taken a greyhound bus from this location in years. There's a way to treat me and this isn't it. This location is certainly going to suffer greatly for the way they behaved and I will make sure of that. The bus even attempted to leave early as I was walking out with my bag. This location won't be getting anymore business from me. I have no patience for disrespect or shoddy operations.
