I've been coming to this Barnes and Noble since I was a teenager. It's the whole reason I integrated into the Edgewood neighborhood. Today I needed help looking for books on developing Math Intelligence and also books on the Congo. Lydia assisted me and was so helpful! She guided me through the aisles and answered all my questions and we even engaged in a wonderful and professional conversation about politics in regards to my research for the book I'm working on. I come here all the time, so I'm happy I'll be seeing a friendly face whenever I come by! ud83dude0a
This was my first experience there. When I walked in I was surprised to see the scope of the place, it was huge for a book store.ud83dude0a Then I was approached by a well mannered young man who directed me to my location of service. There I was attended to by a young lady, whose gentle demeanor made me feel as if I would be well taken care of, and I was, she was patient, well spoken, and informative, she explained each transaction and made me feel secure about my purchases. This was my first time going to this location. The staff was helpful and kind. The establishment was clean and it was in a great location.
B&N is always great! Today had excellent post-holiday sales, very clean, helpful staff.
