I am extremely busy and my work schedule does not work well with the ABC’s schedule. I got off early, rushed over, got to the store at 5:23pm, and the place was locked tight. It’s supposed to close at 5:30pm! I wasted my very precious and limited time and am very angry. Who closes early?! This is extraordinarily unprofessional. You’ve lost my business.nn*Edit: So I called the ABC to explain how upset I was at being inconvenienced in that way. Although the manager initially argued with me and explained that the updated times were on the website (they were NOT), she offered me a $15 store credit to make it up to me. I definitely appreciated the effort to make things right and they have kept my business after all.
Being knowledgeable in the ways to make certain vegan dishes, the dried foods they have are a blessing. The environment was peaceful. The customer service was outstanding. They even allowed a gentleman from off the street, whose car ran out of gas, access to use their store phone and even allowed stand inside even though that gentleman had no intention on supporting their business.nFrom my initial phone call to them as I inquired about their products with question after question, to my entrance into their convenient location, I was extremely pleased with their entire presentation and representation
