A transaction. that should have taken 5-10 mins took 30 mins. Yeah never again
The woman whose office we were in refused to address me or answer any questions I had. She said she only had to respond to my boyfriend since we were there for him. I would ask simple questions like “how long will it take for the new card to come” and she ignored me. She then would say “mr.*my boyfriend’s name*, do YOU have any questions. This happened at least 4 or 5 different times in that one meeting. Horrible experience. Choose any other Wells Fargo location. She’s just a terrible person.
I visited the State Street branch today and Ms. Shawnte assisted me with completing my application. She was thorough & professional. I plan on making this branch my Choice Bank ud83dude0a
Horrible customer from India at this branch. I feel like they hate business clients since it’s more work for them. Will never be coming back to this branch.
Atlantic Station Location: Never had a problem they couldn’t resolve. The staff is so friendly I feel like im a part of a loving family ❤ufe0f
