The staff is very friendly. They care about getting you your maximum refund or cutting down a lot of your debt. They know the laws of the IRS and will stay active on checking the schedule to help prevent delay of your check or to figure what needs to be sent in before hand. Family oriented place. You can really tell that this is not just about the money with them!
