Childcare Network

My son started going here when he was 2, he is now 5. When he first started I loved it couldn't have asked for a better place to keep my child especially with it being the first time he's ever been in childcare. Within the last 6 months this place has seriously went downhill. In the beginning anytime anything would happen they would immediately notify me of the situation as well as have me sign an accident report upon picking him up that afternoon. This all stopped. He was left out on the playground one day and no one told me about it happening, when I got my son to the car he told me about how he was left out on the playground by his self and all of the teachers and other children went inside without him. He said he had to knock on the door for a long time before someone finally let him in. We went back inside to ask what happened and why I wasn't notified and they all acted like nothing had happened. Upon leaving I received a phone call from the centers director letting me know that it had in fact happened and the situation had been dealt with. Anytime I brought it up after this questioning why and how it was rectified my questions were just pushed off, no accident report was ever filed, and it never got brought up again. Since then there have been several incident of my son being bit and or hit by other children to the point of leaving marks and bruises and no one ever knows anything about it or tells me about it yet every time my son can name who did it as well as point out the teacher he told when it happened. Today was my sons last day and he will not being going back unless their are some drastic changes made at this place. Save your money and find a better child care because this place is definitely NOT worth the time or money!

The staff at this daycare is amazing! My child is in the infant room and he is very well taken care of! It was a hard transition for me to drop him off at daycare, but the infant care takers made the transition very smooth and easy for me as well as my son. His face lights up when he sees the staff. I highly recommend this daycare. I would definitely bring him back to this daycare if I needed care again.

This is the best child care center every. It has a safe and clean environment. My child has grown so much during her time here. The teachers a wonderful and the leadership is outstanding. I would tell anyone to bring their child here.

Horrible place to work!! Do not send your kids there

Do NOT send your child to this daycare!!!!! My daughter attended here for about 3 months and that was enough for us!! Her shirt was stolen/misplaced. Like previous parents, when asked what happened no one knew anything!!! I spoke with her teacher and the assist director about getting reimbursed for the clothes. The teacher (2 y.o group) said she would replace it. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Then it happened AGAIN, this time a whole outfit. To add my daughter had bumps all over her body, was wearing some other child's pampers, when we brought her Pull ups and no one bothered to look. I witnessed a young light skinned teacher feed several children from the same cup and spoon. I 1 child was sick she spread it to the rest, without a thought!!!! I reached out to nicole serveral times to speak with her on the many issues and didn't get a response at ALL !!! That was it for her dad and I, we removed her!!! Staff (2 y.o class)aren't attentive, responsible or organized. Management could care less as long as they get your money!.. Don't send your child here
