Ordered my order, was never asked if I want original or crispy so when I get to the window and tell them I wanted crispy. I was then told they didn't have the wing in crispy. So I told to cancel the order. They seem to have an issue with me not wanting original or some other peice of chicken. I should be able to get what I pay for.

Drive thru was long 45 minutes to wait. The order that we ordered said the 2 piece dinner included 2 oc chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and biscuit and medium drink. Got home and the dinners did not have the mashed potatoes and gravy but coleslaw. So needless to say, the menu is wrong. But otherwise, the dinner was good. Thank you.

This was super busy. They are only open for drive thru but it moved very fast. There was 20 to 30 cars in line when I got there. Food was super fresh and on point. Service was great. Most fast food in Albany could take lessons to improve service from this KFC.
