The Zaxby's @405 N. Slappey has online ordering so that you can order your food ahead of time but once you get to the restaurant, you still have to wait in the long drive thru line to get your food. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time if there is no way to get your food without waiting??? The Zaxby's on Dawson Rd. has convenient parking for outline ordering, why doesn't this one have it??? Make it make sense! My food was supposed to be ready at 1231pm but I didn't get my food until after 1pm. The only reason they got 2 stars is because the food was tasty. I think I'll stick with the other location for convenience!

I just sat in the drive through for 10 saying hello & I blow my horn no one came was a girl outside to take order & then she disappeared! Need to get employee that want to work!!! & someone that is responsible for the drive through

Paid for 2 extra sauces and did not receive them.. even after talking to a team member. The sad part is this is the 2nd time this has happened. And management wanted to give me a run around about the sauces. #ActingLikeMcdonalds

The line is always long but the food is good. They didn't label which of my chicken sandwiches are spicy or not, tho.

The new Signature sandwich is definitely worth a try! Very good!
