Great service. Lived where I am at for five years. They are extremely professional and always handle maintence issues quickly. Good folks to rent from and get to know. Jo is especially nice, and always goes above and beyond to help my with my needs.

Their staff is extremely unprofessional! I was lied to and told that a dryer connection would be added to the house I’m renting before I moved in. That was the beginning of last month. Since nothing has been done and I haven’t been told anything I decided to call the office and see what happened. The woman who answered is extremely rude and disrespectful, and hung up in my face because I’m upset that I was basically swindled into moving into a place I didn’t want to begin with. There was also a mold issue, the place is old and they’re too cheap to make the place decent, they don’t care for the tenants AT ALL, only getting paid. This is the worst rental property I’ve ever rented from and when my lease is up I will NEVER rent from them again. If they were the last rental company in Albany I’d relocate somewhere else. They don’t even deserve 1 star!
